Markie Post was born in the USA and is well-known as an actress. She has played her roles as Christine Sullivan the public defender on NBCs Night Court, Terri Michaels as the bail bondwoman Terri on ABCs The Fall Guy drama series and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman the sitcom Hearts Afire by CBS. She's appeared on various other television shows besides acting. As a child, she was brought up within Walnut Creek with her siblings and the poet Marylee Post. Las Lomas High School is where she was a student and took part in cheerleading. The school she attended was Pomona College. Post's previous marriage was to Stephen Knox. The couple has been together in 1982 Michael A. Ross, who is a writer and actor with whom she shares two daughters.
