Molly Tarlov is an American actress who is famous for her starring role as Sadie Saxton in the teen comedy-drama TV show Awkward, since 2011. Tarlov was the eldest of two daughters was born and raised in Manhattan, New York. At the Little Red School House, Tarlov began her career with the title Mrs. Peterson at age 10. The play was well-loved by students in the 7th grade. The actress studied in Paris at NYU Tisch and then was a summer student at NYU Tisch during her teen years studying Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College awarded her a Bachelor of Arts degree in theatre. She studied a variety of styles of acting. The Atlantic Theater Company, which she attended as well, taught her how to integrate acting and writing in The LAByrinth Theater's Master class. Molly exchanged her winter coat with black sunglasses, and headed to Los Angeles. In no time, she was cast in a 3 word role in iCarly and was able to draw the notice of her parents. In the years since, she's appeared on television in numerous roles. The actress also developed the character Caitlin in Winnie Holzman's ABC Family show Huge. Molly believes she's good at basketball, however she actually isn't. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
