Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My stunning fiance JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our extended family. The majority of people have come across me through my Instagram platform, @annephung. Here I share my life- both highs and lows as well as all in between. In 1990 I emigrated to America along with my brother and my parents at the age of one and half. Without my parents' passion for perseverance and sacrifice and sacrifice, I wouldn't share my experiences. So that they could give their children an opportunity to live a lucrative future, my focus was on achieving success and put in the effort to get there. My goals were set for me to attend university, find an employment in a company then marry, and purchase the house. I believed that this was the perfect definition of success, but But life has other plans to teach me the meaning of success. In 2013 I found myself anxious about going to work. job because the pay and prestige didn't bring me happiness- I felt like I was just wasting my time away for a paycheck when I knew I was meant to do more. When I began to research this new path to work, I discovered that I was passionate about doing fitness. I also loved socializing and being able to help other people. In 2014, I launched my business on the side and this next year I'll celebrating my seventh anniversary. Since I am an Asian female in this industry there are a few of us. Within the field of coaching I'm hoping to change the world through providing high-quality training that will assist others in becoming healthier and more content. Also, I strive to inspire people to pursue their goals and achieve whatever and anything they'd like to accomplish in their lives. My career began taking off at the time I experienced the greatest satisfaction in my entire life. However, my mother died just as my career began to take off. She won her eight year fight against the illness and now rests in Heaven and is with me in my mind and heart throughout the day. While you might not see it initially, the universe can be a bit elusive in giving us what we really need. My Mom's passing changed me in so many ways and I believe my mom offered me a second chance to experience life thanks to her passing. It was the Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she passed. It was her time to live a brand new and exciting life and I had my second shot at a fulfilling and happy life. My 30's are the first moment that I feel as if that I'm alive. My life is shared to you with the hope that you'll be able to connect with my words and experiences for you to know that you're not in the dark as well as to let you know that you're able of anything you set your in your mind. I believe that love truly exists and that therapy is common and required that wellness is the most valuable type of wealth. I pray that you live the life you want to live and live your life without regrets since dying is the only thing we can count on throughout our lives.
