Aspen Ladd
Aspen Ladd began her journey into combat sports at the teenager age. Aspen Ladd trained in BJJ, kickboxing boxing, and wrestling prior to her debut as an amateur at WCFC at the age of 18. Ladd had an amazing three-fight winning streak in Ultimate Reno Combat. In each of the three bouts she beat her opponent in the very first round. She then went back to WCFC to beat Leslie Rodriguez via unanimous decision. Aspen was able to defeat Silvia Babaeghian and Maddy Simmons before fighting Cynthia Calvillo in WCFC 9. Cynthia gave Aspen the win in a single-handed manner and was able to outclass her, tarnishing Ladd's professional career. Ladd rebounded from her defeat and beat Roma Pawelek at Tuff-N-Uff to improve her record to 8-1. Aspen was a professional when she entered the ranks in the year 2015. She signed up with Invicta FC and made her debut. She faced Ana Carolina Vidal at Invicta FC 11, where she dominated her, securing a first-round TKO. Invicta defeated her at bantamweight and won via armbar submission in the second round. Aspen's impressive wrestling skills was able to take down McGill, and she managed to finish her third round with a TKO (elbows as well as punches). Aspen was then up against Jessica Hoy (138.1lb at Invicta FC) in an "catchweight"(138.1lb) due to the fact that Ladd did not make an appearance at the. Aspen, however, beat Hoy with a TKO. Invicta FC 21, she was victorious in her last fight for the promotion via a unanimous vote. Aspen Ladd was the first UFC fighter to debut. She fought Linalansberg at UFC Fight Night 118. She dominated Lina with a ground-and-- - beat her to the TKO win in the second round. Her next fight, against Tonya Evinger in UFC 229, her victory was even more stunning. Ladd took over Evinger's fight following the opening round. Also, she was awarded the reward for her performance on the night. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee, she fought Sijara-Eubanks for her first significant fight.
